PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIAL TYPE STEAM STERILIZERS (AUTOCLAVES)
In the pharmaceutical industry, one of the sterilization methods required by the cGMP Guideline is a sterilization process in the last cabinet. Parenteral products (ampoules, vials, ready-to-use syringes, etc.) must be subjected to terminal sterilization after packaging by the final cabinet sterilization process. Eryigit's pharmaceutical type steam terminal sterilizers offer the most flexible and convenient solution for the sterilization of parenteral products.
- Has AISI 316L stainless steel cell.
- Standard models as well as loading capacity can be fully customized from 200L to 10,000L according to customer needs.
- It can be designed to have one or two doors, optionally with vertical or horizontal sliding door, to deal with the current area in the most intelligent way.
- 5 probes for temperature control PT100 RTD (3 fixed - filters, flexible for discharge and 2 for loads)
- Automatic sterilization of air filter with constant temperature probe
- 2 ports for verification probes
- AISI 316L stainless steel pipes and valves
- Stand By Feature;
- Water, self-shut off feature in case of power failure;
- The ability to make pressure measurements precisely with electronic pressure transducers;
- ± 10% unaffected by utility voltage changes;
- Unlimited programmable blank program feature;
- Automatic sterilization of Hepa filter;
- The ability of the system to function until the service intervention in case of failure of any of the resistances group;
- There are 3 mechanical safety valves for safety purposes;
- Special water and air cooling system is available;
- It also has the ability to control pressure and temperature electronically with PLC
